Joining the actors and extras database
Casting - Barrandov, Ltd. company by Internet agree to the following arrangement.
I. Subject
Casting - Barrandov, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") allows you (hereinafter referred to as "candidates") to inspect actors and extras database operated by the provider through the Internet. Data provided contain names or facts related to persons in the register (the artists).
II. Price
Provider renders data to candidates via the Internet for free.
III. Candidate commitment
Candidate undertakes:
- contacting artists selected through register only through the provider;
- using data, or a copy (copies), only for assessment of the suitability for the required casting. Provided information from the Internet won’t be used by candidates for other than the aforementioned purpose. Copying, printing, selling, or other form of abuse are strictly prohibited;
- for each individual case of violation of the arrangement referred to in paragraphs a) and b) of this Article shall pay a contractual penalty to providers in the amount of CZK 100 000 (in words: one hundred thousand CZK).
IV. Applicant consent
Candidate agrees that the provider can monitor and record all activities of the candidate in the registry via the Internet.
